Very Disappointing you guy's took my money and my insurance every time and never one time was I told of any test results, and to come in yesterday and put in a room while people behind me received service before me.again my money was taken like I was important to but didn't feel that way .80 dollar co pay and you charged my insurance 171,00 for nothing, I sat in that room over 30 minutes, never again hopefully I have no life threatening problems because never was I told .service is bad and I along with my insurance provider paid every time not again and I will tell my referral DR

I'm met Dr. Lathia in May of 2023. I had been complaining for a year and a half about a dry cough I couldn't get rid of. While waiting for pulmonology results I was sent to you by my primary care doctor, and I had a scan of my heart, while waiting. Via this test it was found I had a 90 to 95% blockage in my main artery to my heart and needed to have a stent to implanted. The doctor did insert a stent and the rest is history. No problems, no complaints, and a new journey with now answered. I am 8 months out and I feel wonderful. A miracle worker!

Dr. Lathia has been very responsive in treating the very different cardiac needs of my 92-year old parents. At every visit I observe that the entire staff treats them with cordiality and respect. It is a great relief to me to see they are getting effective care.

My experience was mixed, Dr. Lathia and the assistant were great. When I arrived. I would have like to been how was doing before I was told what my co-pay would be.

If you have put things off until you just can't take it anymore. This is the place to come. Get a referral if you need one and make an appointment. This is a great place with a caring staff running the place. And the doctor is very thorough also he can take a joke. A first for me and I'm old. Great people and a sense of humor. You can't do better /SB/ patient.

I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, however due to him having an emergency, I was more than willing to wait. His office rep gave a reason for the lateness and options as to what the patient could do, to ensure we were informed.

He is professional and knowledgable. I recommend him as a great cardiologist.

Short

A curve ball was thrown my way ... as I was trying to find answers to a long-term, multi-month illness. Various tests came back as well as the panel of blood work. Dr. Lathia, as a result, had a CAT scan with contrast run on me. And bingo, my large artery to the heart which carries about 75% of the blood flow, was over 90% clogged. So while doing the test he inserted a catheter and then the stent was put in place. I survived having to be called a Widowmaker. I am doing quite well now as I get used to some of my meds and protocol. Now Dr. Lathia is my new hero or should I say, my wife's and family's new hero. Doc is a quiet man with lots of internal love and care for his patience. We are fortunate to have him as a doctor and 'physician Supreme' in this part of the vineyard. He and his staff do wonders!

Today the office staff was very rude...not necessary towards ME but to each other. There was this blatant rudeness outwardly towards the girls in the office. One would ask a matter of fact question ("do you buy Starbucks everyday"9 and the other would just snapped back ("yes I do! But it's not my money! PEOPLE take care of me, unlike you")...maybe she was just having a bad day... It happens, but not in front of patients, not loudly either....it was just a bad experience.
